Anatoly Geller


Born on 18 October, 1978, in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatar ASSR.

Graduate of the Faculty of Philology of the Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical Institute (2000), the Law Faculty of Kazan Ulianov-Lenin State University (2004), the Faculty of State and Municipal Administration of the Moscow Academy of State and Municipal Administration of the Russian Academy of Civil Service under the President of the Russian Federation (2006).

From 2000 to 2001, he worked as a software engineer at the central settlement and registration center of the housing stock management service, at the Industrial Operational Housing Administration in Naberezhnye Chelny. From 2001 to 2005, General Director of LLC Todres-T. From 2005 to 2007, a lawyer at LLC Investnergoservice.

Until 2009, Mr. Geller held the position of deputy head for housing and communal services, deputy head of the executive committee of the Zelenodolsk municipal district. From 2009 to 2010, headed the state order division and was the manager of the affairs of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan.

From 2010 to 2017, Deputy Minister of Informatization and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In 2017, Mr. Geller took the position of assistant to the Chairman of Rostechnadzor, then headed the Department of Informatization of Rostechnadzor.

Mr. Geller has been Deputy Chairman of Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision since September 2018.
